Refund Policy

Venus Technology Solution Inc, only offers service products, irrevocable and immaterial, we do not offer a refund once your payment has been made and the services have been delivered.

However, exceptional circumstances may occur.

Therefore, we ACCEPT refund requests for the following reasons :

Non-delivery of the service: due to certain time issues or your email provider or your own email server, you may not receive email from us. Service not in accordance with the description: these requests must be submitted within 14 days of the project completion date. Clear evidence and detailed information must be provided proving that the service provided does not match its description.

In the case of complicated projects with several levels, partial reimbursement can be studied to cover the costs of work that has not been completed.

Note that we do not bear any responsibility and that we do not accept any requests for reimbursement based on the incompatibility of our services with third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc. ) other than those specified as compatible.

Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing Service in writing within 14 days of the date of order. Otherwise, the service will be considered received and downloaded;

Service not rendered : the service is canceled at the request of the buyer before the start of the project. Delayed service delivery : the service cannot be delivered on time, due to problems with the service provider. Please note that a project is considered to have started once the buyer has submitted all the information necessary for the provision of the service.

Failure to provide this information on time may result in the refusal of the refund request.

Service not in accordance with the description: these requests must reach us within 14 days from the date of completion of the project. With clear evidence and explanations.
